Doha, Qatar,  29 November 2023 – Qatar Navigation Q.P.S.C. ("Milaha"), the industry-leading provider of maritime and logistics solutions in Qatar has been granted (8 prestigious international 2023 Awards) by the British Safety Council in recognition to its commitment and outstanding efforts to attain "excellence performance" in field of health, safety and environmental risk management.

The four prestigious “Sword of Honour” along with other four “Globe of Honour” awards were granted respectively to Milaha’s four business units specifically the Corporate Services, Shipping Agencies, Gas & Petrochem, and Container Shipping.

The awards were given to Milaha after adopting a successful strategy and achieving the highest required standards in fields of health, safety, and environment’s risks management during entire operations.

Winning these awards came following Milaha has achieved the maximum (5 Stars) in BSC’s health, safety, and environment management review scheme, demonstrated to an independent panel of international experts as meeting the industry best practices for health, safety, and environment’s risks management.
