Overview

Milaha Gas & Petrochem has a rich history of over 25 years of owning and operating tankers and carriers safely, efficiently, and sustainably. Leveraging its decades-long partnerships with major oil and gas companies around the world, Milaha Gas & Petrochem also provides third-party commercial management of vessels and will soon begin Floating, Storage and Offloading (FSO) operations. 

Milaha fully owns 2 LNG carriers and has stakes in 6 other LNG carriers through joint ventures. Furthermore, Milaha is the majority shareholder in Nakilat (36.3%), the owner and operator of the largest LNG fleet in the world.

Additionally, Milaha owns and operates 1 handysize LPG/Ammonia carrier and has a 50% stake in 4 VLGCs as a joint venture with Nakilat. 

Milaha Gas & Petrochem also offers end-to-end post-fixture operations management for clients, with an in-house team of master mariners, LNG vessel technical specialists, and technical managers dedicated to supporting clients' vessels. We currently manage post-fixture operations for 5 LPG carriers for a third party, and are committed to expanding our client base. 

We have operated in the crude oil shipping sector since 1996, and strategically offloaded a major portion of our crude assets at the peak of the market in 2008. We are currently converting 1 Aframax tanker to an FSO unit in partnership with Qatar Energy, which will eventually serve the offshore oil sector in Qatar.
