Milaha was established in 1957 as a public "shipping agency" characterized at that time with high credibility among its customers. In a short time, Milaha transformed itself into a leading and giant international prestigious company that provides trustworthy "Maritime & Logistics" services that attract its customers' confidence in GCC, the Middle East, and around the globe. As a heavy-scale and pioneering company, Milaha strongly focuses on providing integrated transport, marine services, and supply chain solutions. Milaha has owned an integrated "Shipyard & Fabrication" comprising and operating two floating docks, one Shiplift, and several extensive workshops facilities with the ability to carry dry dock and float repair work for vessels up to 230m LOA. The Shipyard, established in 1978 and located at Mesaieed Industrial City, offers various and efficient maritime services, repair and refit services to all types of vessels and yachts, not only in Qatar but also to entire GCC states and the international vessels dock at Doha ports.

Fleet
When the company’s operations started in 1958, Milaha chartered several tugs and barges. Over the following years, the company’s fleet grew in number, size, and type of vessels, including owning and operating geared bulk and break bulk carriers. With the transformation of global freight and shipping methods from break bulk to containerized cargoes, the company decided to adapt to that change and started a new building campaign focused on a specialized container vessel. Today Milaha owns and operates a fleet of modern specialized container vessels which is among the largest in the Arabian Gulf and provides daily services to Hamad & Mesaieed Ports linking Qatar with the rest of the world.

Milaha owns a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential developments and land plots in Qatar.
Overview
Since its founding in 2011, Milaha Real Estate has grown from a developer of its own operating properties to a mature developer of investment properties, creating excellent shareholder value by taking advantage of the local real estate market's available opportunities. The company currently owns and manages several properties.
The company is involved in a variety of property development activities, including office building development, commercial development, residential development, and industrial/warehousing development. Additional real estate development projects for operational and investment purposes are in the works.
The company has assembled a team of individuals with extensive experience in real estate development to assist them in carrying out their future plans.
Commercial & Residential Leasing
The Navigation Tower in West Bay is a 52-story modern structure that serves as an iconic landmark in the heart of New Doha. It features over 50,000 square metres of net rentable area and is connected to a multi-story car park with a capacity of 1600 vehicles. The tower features cutting-edge building management technology and ample recreation and reception areas.
Additionally, Navigation Plaza (on the C-ring road), Navigation Villa Complex, and Navigation Commercial & Showroom Building are located on the property (Al Wakra Road). This is in addition to the numerous residential structures scattered throughout Qatar.
